New Management / Maintanence is Horrible.

I have been here 7 Years. And I loved it here for being a spaacious apartment and decent Management/service (Equity Residential).

Walden Wood is now Silver Oaks (PINNACLE REALTY). The present Maintanence / Service is the WORST IN THE INDUSTRY.

My AC blew on Friday afternoon. There are no-one to fix it untill atleast Monday. They say only if a Medical Emergency exists, they will fix it.. IF not, CRAZY.

DON"T EVER RENT FROM PINNACLE REALTY>
