This is the worst place i have ever lived in. From the first day i moved in it has been hell. These people are loud, kids running amuck, fighting and cursing. i had to go outside and check like 10 little brothers and tell them to take it around to where they live i have a family and i will not stand for this. i tried to move out the first week i moved in but they told me I had to pay $3300 to move out. i could not afford that so i was stuck. my hot water heater was broken from day one and it took six moths to fix. the gas had been cut off before we moved in but we were not informed of it. we moved in on memorial day weekend and did not have hot water the management played dumb to this i had to go back to my old apt and bath there for like a week. i would not recommend this place to anybody unless they wanted to pay too much to live in the projects! i see people inquiring about moving in and i laugh to myself like they dont know what they are getting themselves into. i am moving and i cant wait! i use to live on civic ctr. i did not think coming a half mile south and for $250 more a mth it would be like this. i would rather live in Detroit than live out here for the kind of crap i have had to put up with! The only positive thing i can say is they gave us a brand new washer/dryer (which took about 3 weeks to get after moving in).
