Whitehall new managment is ok. I have lived here since Christmas and the following problems are troubling: the common areas within Whitehall two large buildings are not as well maintained as you would expect in Southfield. Also, due to the size of the complex it may take some time for them to respond to service orders. In addition, in buildings with boiler systems they tend to be quick to retire the boilers for the year (i had to file a complaint with the city to get it back on on one of our 50 degree April days). I would say the new property manager is professional. Also, if Hayman truly invest in fixing the infastructure problems they inherited, the property can truly shine. I would say Hayman can be a little bit reactive as opposed to proactive in testing systems such as the centralized air conditioning.
