i lived at white hall after the new management arrived they were constantly losing my rental payments and charging me outrageous late fees for rent already paid. I was living in the garden two bedroom apartments when one day i came home from work and the door fell on top of me. When I told staff about it they attempted to fix it but it was unable to close. I even went to wash in the basement and feces was all over the floor and even had backed up in the washing machine. It was disgusting and I had had it. It is a shame that I was paying almost 900 bucks a month for that bull ----. I am glad I moved. If your a clean person and value your safety you will not move here.
