I've read some of the reviews and I don't understand why people are not liking these apartments. But then again I didn't move in until March of "07". It is under new management and is now called Providence Place Apts. I am pleased with the staff and maintenance. They make you feel like you're definitely at home. Anytime I had an issue within my apartment, they were on point about correcting whatever the problem was. The only thing that will make me move is the rent price. But other than that I love where I am and I love that the apartments are spacious and have lots of closet space. And the location is superb as well. LOVE IT!!!!

You have to be part of the "staff" cause I dated a guy who lives there and it's the worse! I don't even go and visit him anymore...he has to come to my place! Moreover, he had a break-in since he's lived there! UGH!

Yeah moni, he must be one of the drug dealers. I managed that property for 2 years and the only break ins that we had were those who had big things going on. People dont randomly choose to break in someones apartment. Your boy is doing things maybe that you don't know about my dear. I turned this property around. It went from being a dump at 58% occupancy to being very nice at 96% occupancy. You might have been one of the guests kicking the entry doors in cause he wouldnt give you a key. Holla!
