Ive only lived in at Woodcrest since June but it was mostly what I was looking for. I am a recent college graduate and was tired of that college atmosphere. I wanted a washer/dryer or at least connections for them, covered parking, dishwasher and my own entrance. The neighbors around me play their stereos loudly whenever they feel the need, which isn't usually that often though. It interrupts our privacy but it also gives us an excuse to play our stereos whenever we feel the need. Although we still respect others and don't play it too late at night or early in the morning. Besides that it's really quiet and if you pick a good apt you get a really nice view of nature throhg your windows :) My only advice, you need to take into consideration that the top floors are not made of concrete. So you can live on the 1st floor and suffer if you have a neighbor that walks like sasquatch or you can live on the 2nd floor and either get complaints from your neighbor below for an entire year or you can tip-toe in an apt thast you pay rent for! The choice is yours but either way be considerate! :)
