I've lived here with my cousin for 2 years in a 2bdrm "C" style and I love it!! It's a california split and it gives you the feel of privacy. I love the fact that we have our own washer and dryer in the unit. I also love that it's only one repair man!! Even with only one person, whenever I call, he's very quick, which must means not a lot of problems going on with the other units. With it being only one repair man, I don't have to worry about several different men showing up at my door and trying to remember if I recall them. My room is off the dining room and my cousin's is on the other side. We've noticed that her's is the coolest during winter and summer, so while I'm roasting in the winter, she's still chilly and vice veras for the summer time, she's freezing and I'm barely cooled off.

The only major problems are Malika in the leasing office is horrible!! She's never there and when she is there, she can't answer any questions!! Parking is horrible!! Also, you have to send your rent to a PO Box, and you can't have any contact with anyone at the corporate office. You have to relay messages thru Malika and then she calls them and calls you back with their message. Of course by this time the message has gotten twisted and I wonder why am I paying $1005 and my apartment property won't even talk to me'! I am in the process of looking for another apartment, because I just think that for the amount I pay for rent I should be able to talk to the CEO of Rosin Communities, but since I can't, most of my concerns/issues go unheard and/or unanswered, because I'm depending on someone to actually take care of my business.
