I have had my roof leak three times now in two different rooms. They have fixed them over and over again. (each time there was a major leak it took no less than 2 weeks and 40 phone calls to get someone out to fix them. They still leak. My appliances break all the time, the air cond' went out in the middle of the summer last year I had to wait a week an a half to get it fixed. The management (malinka) is horrible. Anytime I need anything done it's like pulling teeth with her. Her english is very broken as is the maintence mans and their favorite excuse is "I no understand". Needless to say if you are thinking about moving into this dump don't do it!
