I have lived at Maple Village for over a year and so far I have had a great overall experience. I moved from out of state, so I anticipated having a difficult time processing my move entirely over the internet and via email; however, it was a very smooth process. The staff in the leasing office is very friendly, enthusiastic and efficient. I stop in the office occasionaly to grab a newspaper, and Alicia and Leila are always greeting me with a smile. I have had a couple minor fixes in my apartment by the maintenance staff. They were quick to solve my issues and everything was taken care of to my satisfaction. The apartments here are very clean and updated. I like how I have a full size washer and dryer in my apartment. I also like how the pool is heated and open 24 hours, as well as the fitness center! Also, the landscaping is well-kept. There are beautiful hydrangea flowers planted at every building. There is a large pond with water fountains that I take walks around. I would definitely recommend Maple Village to anyone who is looking to live in the downriver area. It is the nicest place around.

Nice to know you have one of the renovated apartments. Too bad they won't do anything for existing residents.
