You can hear everything. The winter bill is out of control because of the way the apartments are built. Bad construction, stay away from this complex

I thought my winter bill was too high as well so i went to Lisa, the apartment manager, about it. Come to find out, they were over charging us. It wasn't until Lisa called for us and spent hours on the phone that we got this settled. So how's that for expensive winter bills, better yet how's that for service....

I think that's horrible service. If Lisa only helped one tenant who had huge electric/gas bills, (while many complained of the high bills and drafts) how would that be good service? Why would people want to live in a place that DTE Energy is overcharging (and the manager didn't take care of that for the entire complex). And, when I lived there, the solution to the problem that we were given was to use the weatherproofing plastic on the windows (during the winter). So, It seems that you got some assistance that the rest of us weren't privy to.
