Noise, and heating costs are out the roof. There is no insulation, things falling apart, cheap materials, trash bags in halls, trash outside, and loud neighbors. Not worth the money. High turnover of people who work here, and they lie to get you to sign the lease. Pass this place up, not worth the aggrevation and sleepless nights. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb

Heating cost are high everywhere, but the way a complex treats you as a person is most important. You are not buying, you're renting, so you can not control what goes on in a small space. The apartment manager was the best person I have delt with in 12 years of renting. And this place is the nicest downriver has! Plus its not expensive.
