This is the WORST apartment complex I have EVER occupied. As other former tenants have stated, the noise is awful. I can hear the people above me get it on, fart, as well as every word from their television. The lawn outside my patio is covered in cigarette butts (I don't smoke, but the people above me do). The heating bills are insane due to lack of insulation. I even purchased the window kits the management had so kindly suggested (due to their laziness and unwillingness to improve the buildings in any way shape or form), but to no avail; my apartment was still freezing! The apartments aren't even built well. I don't know who designed them, but they should be prohibited from designing any other living spaces. Just a quick example: If I have a full roll of TP, I can't open the bathroom drawers. There was a huge infestation of spiders and pillbugs! The workout space is much less than advertised... a few treadmills and one elliptical, does not a gym make. Parking sucks. Your lease says that you are only allowed 2 vehicles, but most tenants have more and it shows. It's hard to park here! Oh, and the floor plan says there is a dining room... only if you plan to eat in your living room. The tenants are less than desirable neighbors; kids making out in hallways, leaving trash in hallways (ew), leaving their not running cars sitting in the lot, etc. There is no padding under the carpets (probably adding to the noise problem). Everything is just so cheaply done here! And management, don't get me started! Problems are never taken care of... I'm sorry, but sending out a letter to all tenants does not solve anything! They're going to do it anyway! The manager seems to be afraid of confrontation with the tenants. I could go on for hours about this place, but I just don't have the energy (probably from not getting any sleep due to my extremely loud neighbors).
