I AM A LONG TERM TENANT AND IM VERY HAPPY HERE. IT IS WELL MAINTAINED, CLEAN AND NO SECURITY ISSUES. MANAGEMENT RESPONDS QUICKLY TO MY CONCERNS. UNIT TO UNIT NOISE IS NO WORSE THAN MOST OTHER APARTMENT SETTINGS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SOUTH POINTE APARTMENTS

Let me entitle this.... Oh, give me a break, the very satisfied review is to pad the overall rating. Unit to unit noise IS worse than other apartments, that is unless you live on the top floor, then you only hear those next to you (if there is anyone). It kinda reminds of of student housing type of noises, especially in the middle of the night. Hey, maybe you are one of the loud neighbors, either oblivous to how loud you are, or don't care. If you live in a first floor apartment, you not only hear people talking (and other things that people have already talked about in other reviews), tv's and stereos, but also hear loud stomping noises when people walk in the apartment and it's so loud when they drop things. I would imagine this is the same if you live in a second floor apartment and there is someone living above you. You didn't say what floor you live on, or which building, as people who live in the buildings that aren't quiet would probably like to know. Maybe they might move into that building (if it's that quiet). Isn't it unusual that the apartment manager hasn't put any postings here, like they do at other complexes?
