I would recommend this apt to anyone. The location is super convenient. I am 10-20 minutes from the airport. I also love the washer and dryer. Noise is an issue in every apartment. The only thing you can do is hopefully get quieter neighbors.

yea, i think there r more than this 1 that the manager wrote...... read back thru some and u'll see it seems like most ratings with higher scores, and user responses sound like they r from same person. "johnny on the spot," how's that 4 service, full size washer and dryers and bravo to lisa (the best apartment manager ever) who doesn't put up with anything.

You need to get your facts correct before posting them.You say that Maple village rent is 50% higher than here. Their rent is $900.00-$975.00. That would make your rent $450.00-$465.00...Same with Village Green their rent is $600-$770 and they both have better ratings than here....Write the facts

Hmmm Im curious.... who is the "we" that doesnt want us here, and why do you feel the need to announce this? Some people live here unhappily because their lease isnt up yet, and will be happily leaving when it does. You might be able to enjoy your evening sitting on your balcony and getting lost in the sunset, but there could be someone who lives underneath you (cursing how loud you are). People have complaints about here for a reason. Give others a break and allow them their opinion, since everyone is not the same nor has the same tolerances. Why would you think that people who are unhappy living here dont have a life or are miserable, and that your view is the only one that is valid? Maybe you could spend some time working on having tolerance for others with a different opinion than your own.

(5/11) Why do you keep changing your review and writing personal things here. This place is so prospective tenants know what it's like to live here, not to even a score. If you know why someone was evicted, it would be because you were the apt. manager. How do you think threatening to expose someone will entice prospective tenants? If you're a tenant, why would you care why someone left or what reviews people were writing? (5/17/08) It's very strange how you keep changing your comments and talking about the raters like they are attacking you, your personal business or job. You have no idea who wrote the comments, whether they live there or which building they live in. Why is it fortunate for you all if someone is living elsewhere? How would that have anything to do with you? This is all very strange! (5/18/08) Just fyi to people who read these reviews. Whoever this person is, they keep changing their reviews almost daily, so it's hard to tell what they are talking about, and it doesn't follow the responses anymore. How bizarre, and makes no sense why they are doing this. If you want to know about the apartments here, read the other reviews that are consistent in description, and don't keep changing!
