I am a long term renter,who have been extremely annoyed and irratated due to the noise levels coming from direspectful and/or clueless neighbors both from the units under and behind my bedroom walls. If sounds can be heard from my unit, then it should be obvious that sounds can heard coming from adjourning units. The walls are unusually thin. In my opinion only nosey and perhaps noisy people would find living in the complex truly enjoyable! Otherwise, the location and amenities are great for the rental rates.

I don't agree that the comments are extreme. They are right on the money. The only way these are the best apts in the area is if you don't care about a lot of noise and lack of privacy.
