nice place to live if you are in the right part

I lived here for about 2 and a half years. After reading these reviews I would say some of the negatives are true but that stuff only happens in the tower part of the community. I was happy there and if ever I needed an apartment in Southgate I would definately rent there again! But I am NOT recommending the tower area!
