I've lived here for almost 2 years now and I definitely will not be renewing. As in previous posts, I have to agree that this is one great big glorified dorm. A great deal of the tenants are young kids who stay up at all hours partying, yelling, etc. The security guards consist of two kind people, but they make Bob Hope look young. Mostly they sit around in the towers in a back room or outside on the bench.
The mailboxes have broken into weeks ago and never fixed, the doors into the apartment building have been smashed, broken, or plain ripped out so many times it's stupid. Teenagers are screaming and partying outside my window at 4am on work nights. The hallway outside my door reeks of pot on weekends and the parking lot has beer bottles laying on the ground.
The apartment does a good job of cleaning it all up every morning, just to see it all happen again the next night.
If you're not into being up all night and you are actually MATURE, stay the heck away from here.
