My friend used to live there and when she would be on the phone with me at night with her bedroom window open I could actually hear the scuffles going on in the parking lot.....mind you I?m on the other end of the line from a telephone conversation! It was reminiscent of a complex you?d encounter in east detroit. Oh yes and by the way, someone was murdered there just recently too. Great place!
