I am a single mom with two kids. I am from southgate...near the highschool and moved to Flat Rock for some reason I misses home and wanted to move back so me and my mom went apartment shopping and my son wanted to live here because of the pool:( It was honestly a poor choice on my behalf. I move in august 13th (i think) 2006 and it is now December 12th 2007. In July or august of last year I had my car broken into in broad daylight infront of the office.....then about 4 months later someone stold my daughters new mongoose bike from the basement after amnagemnet cut the locks to paint the floor....then two/three months later ( today) I went to go take my kids to school only to find my window busted (on the opposite side it happend last time) and then after saying NOT AGAIN...looked inside to see my ignition GONE......
I call to have repairs done and they dont come so I have to go back up their to tell them AGAIN. We are supposed to have security....what a joke..... vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l

Things get broken into no matter where you go. My parents live in a nice, new subdivision, and my car got broken into one night when I was staying there. My fiance's car has been broken into in Wyandotte, ---- happens anywhere you go, it has nothing to do with Village Green. Blaming someone else, other than the intruders, for your misfortune, is absurd.

No the woman is right. There are a lot of things vandalized and broken into here. The lighting around here sucks and the security is a J-O-K-E! When I first moved in, they had 2 guards in a both at the front, now, nothing. The back gate is ALWAYS broken. The good is quickly being out-weighed by the bad here.
