I have lived in many different apartments in the surrounding cities and I would have to say that I would not recommend this complex to my worse enemy. Don't get me wrong, when I first moved in the staff was different. I don't remember what changed but end of my first year here they had revamped the staff and not in a good way. These people do not return your calls, they leave more stupid notes on my door than I know what to do with and half of them are late notices because they don't pass my rent check along to the lady that is suppose to process them. I loved my first year here, but my second year has been nothing but a pain.
The first year I lived here I had no problems at the pool and any of the facilities. I had no problems with my neighbors or maintanence. I had posessed plumming(my shower would turn scalding hot for no reason) but for the price I over looked it.
My second year here they jacked my rent up after I was told it wouldn't be. I called maintanence over and over and still a year later my bathroom sink and bathtub drain super slow because no maintanence person has ever shown up. The staff NEVER answer the phone, if your lucky and they do, they don't answer your questions, they are rude and abrupt and if the person you are looking for is not in, they never give the message. We hardly went to the pool because when we did there where nothing but loud unsupervised kids running and splashing everyone and the water was always cloudy.
I can't say that I don't feel safe. The only incident I have had is my neighbor pounding on my door at 4 in the morning telling me to turn down a radio that I don't own! Then even after I told him that I was sleeping and don't own a radio he came up pounding on my door again! And right now as I type this the people below me are pounding something so hard that is sounds like its right next to me.
This new staff does not know how to work with and keep residents all they know how to do is threaten people ( the wrong ones). I think I have been the only person to stay in my building longer than 5 months.
Like I said my first year here was great but I think that is because the staff was different. Now that there is different staff I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Again, someone speaking the truth about what is going on here. This is exacting it. The staff when I first moved here was great. There is still one person that for the most part is good person, Patty. She is great. But the rest are very rude and treat you like an idiot.
