Beautiful landscaping, amazing clubhouse (very modern and chic), great social activities that residents actually attend. Apartments are laid out extremely well with very nice amenities such as washer and dryer and hardwood floors! Why anyone would choose to live any where else in Southgate (especially when you might be paying close to the same amount) is beyond me.
Its like you forget you're in working-class downriver when you visit this place.
