I had orginally applied to another complex eariler in the day. My boyfriend was curious so we stopped in. I was in aww over how nice the outside looked and in even more aww when I saw all that the complex has to offer.
Who can say no to being able to drink beer by a pool. Who needs Las Vegas'' I'll get drunk right in my own backyard. Who can forget the idea of a community wide superbowl party, park near by, 24 hour jacuzzi, 24 hour fitness center, sanded volleyball court, tennis court, and trail around the entire community. The guy was extermely helpful and not pushy. He explained all that the community had to offer and I was sold. We are only living here for one year but I want to make sure that I enjoy myself.
Beware of the Lease admin. fee for $100. I did not know about this until after we signed the application. No big deal thou.
