My lease is up with Village Green of Southgate West this month, and i am running far away, i do agree with the last post, things have went down hill fast here. I moved out of detroit for the same reasons. The only real problem i had with my apartment was the Cabinet door and a hole in the side of my vanity in the bathroom that looked like it was poorly fixed, i also had cracked tile in my bathroom. I have to agree with the last post, about the NOISE, I have neighbors above me, whom i wish to call Mr. and Ms. Humpalot. I can hear them having sex so well you would think you were in the room with them. now that it has become nice outside, they have their windows open so everybody can here them Screw. you can here them talking walking , anything they do above or below you , you will hear. Also this place doesnt help you with any Utilies. That should have been a red flag for me b4 i signed. You are in charge of Electric, Gas, and water. they dont meet you half way on anything. If i wanted to pay all utilities, i would go buy a house. dont be to late on your rent, i was a week late with my rent, (because i was out of town) i came back with a letter writen in all caps stuck on my door. "WHERE IS YOUR RENT" i was pissed. Then the idiots didn't spell check it. The trash dumpster during the week is ok, it seams like it only gets backed up over the weekend. So i usually take my trash out during the week. My advise it for you to think about what you are getting into when you move here. Be ready to factor how much your utilities are going to set you back. I havent been able to save, becasue my DTE (gas & electric) has been running me 200 bucks a month. Water runs about 50 bucks every month. Im moving to where the rent is cheaper , and to where i dont have to pay all utilities. In this economy, with gasoline prises sky high, we normal people have to cut corners and find better ways to saving money. My first way is to move out of here where im paying 800 add in your utilities and im payen a thousand a month. :( Im moving to a townhouse in Taylor Mi, where the rent is 575.00 and they pay your water and gas!!!

Hmm, maybe you shouldn't be asking anyone to spell check anything since you yourself aren't that quite good at it. You're excited to be moving to Taylor? That may explain everything.
