Please read all these reviews - these apartments are horrible! The office staff is rude, unprofessional, and lazy. They will tell you a ton of lies to get you to move in like what utilites are included, the rent on the apartment and the "security" (what a joke - the gates NEVER work). The lies are endless. I have lived here for only a few months and have reported over 15 maintenance issues and only about half of them have been fixed. The maintnenace staff (from my experience) does the best they can, but they are not given the correct information to actually make repairs. The apartment was filthy when we moved in. There were bugs everywhere, there were leftover items in cabinets from the previous tenants, the list goes on and on . . .
The corporate offices aren't any better - they're not willing to help with any issues that are reported to them.
Save your money, your blood pressure and sanity and live somewhere else!!
