I recently moved the Detroit area & this community was more than welcoming! The staff is awesome & always available to answer any questions or concerns that I have. The apartments are good sized & feel more like a home than an apartment. I just don't understand how some of the other reviews are so negative. I have never had any complaints about the apartments, grounds, or staff. If you're looking for an apartment in the downriver area, I would highly recommend this place! Compared to the other apartment complexes in the area, this one is definitely worth the money!!
