To start with, and this is not made up, while we were living there someone was STABBED during the overflow of one of the many parties around us! No lying, check the local newspapers' website for older stories. There was at least one car break-in a month and they have a garbage compactor all the way at the front of the property that you have to put your stinky trash in your car to get to and it overflows EVERY week and garbage is visible(and stinky) to all who pass it on their way to work and such-NICE! Please do yourself a favor and do some research if you do not believe me, find a safer place to live... the windows were drafty, heating bill in winter was over $200 a month and we kept it at 68! We told the manager Angela and she just gave us some corporate dribble and politely told us to accept it or get out... quite unfriendly. Other than these things it remained pretty clean on the grounds... Oh and I agree with one poster, we had a bunch of dead bugs and dirty window sills and whatnot when we moved in and the apartment was supposed to be clean...
