The maintenance and office staff made this the best community I have lived in. Although the building is a bit older then any I had lived in before it was kept very clean and they were constantly updating the property while I lived there. All of my maintenance requests were responded to and fixed the same day. Living on the first floor was worth the slightly higher rent because of the storage room, no stairs to climb, and private entrance and patio which made it very quiet. My reason for leaving was a job transfer. My monthly rent increase each year was reasonable - just $5. I received my full security deposit back.
