we moved in may 07. my sister and her b/f lived in the building next to us. im not the person to go around getting to know that people around me so im good for keeping to myself. i grad from the high school the next city over. as for the apartment between the two of our places theres really nothing bad to say. my place was the older one and the cabnets were a bit warped but then its more then likly caused by cheap wood and people not drying there dishes before putting them away. im not a fan of painting the tub or sink but i hear thats how they do it around here. theres an issue with people leaving the clothes in the machines all day and people taking ur clothes out of the machines but if u call the office there isnt much they can do really. if u know who it is then they get a warning then they can get evicted. i live in the 13200 building and my sister lived in the 13300 building. the other building has a parking issue. hers wasnt that great either mine was nice. theres a family under me who smokes and it sucks to get that smell in ur living room but again not something they can fix. we used to have a noise problem under us but that was short lived. i really think this is a well rounded place for the area and the rent is vary affordable. we have to brake lease because our company is moving us and they worked with us and helped alot. we r leaving dec 08, so about a year and a half in this place.
