Great Place! I just came to Village on the Park, and so far I love it! The office staf is really nice and helpful, and the service has been great. The maintenance staff gets to you in the same day, no other place I have lived has been like that. The grounds are really cool to take

My Opinion I would recommend this apt to anyone. The location is super convenient. I am 10-20 minutes from the airport. I also love the washer and dryer. Noise is an issue in every apartment. The only thing you can do is hopefully get quieter neighbors.

VERY SATISFIED I AM A LONG TERM TENANT AND IM VERY HAPPY HERE. IT IS WELL MAINTAINED, CLEAN AND NO SECURITY ISSUES. MANAGEMENT RESPONDS QUICKLY TO MY CONCERNS. UNIT TO UNIT NOISE IS NO WORSE THAN MOST OTHER APARTMENT SETTINGS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SOUTH POINTE APARTMENTS

This place is awesome! Ive never really lived in an apartment before and I absolutely love it here! Its quiet and peacful. I thought it would be rough considering its a busy city but its really nice here. People are friendly and the workers are great. I wouldnt go any where else.
