New construction, variety of layouts & sizes, rent is reasonable for the amenities. Cats are allowed but you pay extra ($20 per pet per month). Good parking, garages available for rent (across from your building) at $40 per month - well worth it.



No laundry facilities but there are W/D hookups in the apartments and they will rent you a washer and dryer if you need one (I don?t know the cost).



Nice heated pool, which is actually open after Labor Day and in the evenings. (No lifeguards).



Very well landscaped. Lots of trees, bushes, flowers & plants.



Excellent location!!! Five minutes to M104, US 31. Very easy access to new Lakes Mall area in Muskegon (10 minutes). Five minutes from county beach on Lake Michigan. Bike paths in neighborhood. Great park nearby off bike path with very well kept basketball, tennis, and volleyball courts as well as a soccer field, baseball diamond, playground, and restrooms.



Staff is very helpful and pleasant.



Only complaint' A few things are not as well built as they could be. For example, my cupboard doors are a little wobbly on the hinges. The kinds of little things that make you say "I?m glad I?m here now but I?m not sure how good the condition will be in ten years."



Overall, I definitely recommend it.
