Sadly, I am moving from this place to Washington, D.C. and it doesn't look like I will find a place quite like Woodland Ridge.
We spent a lot of time searching apartments in the area, even visiting the Muskegon area before moving to review properties. Before almost deciding on another property (Catalina Shores), I decided to search the Internet once more to see what was South of Muskegon. That's when I discovered Spring Lake, Grand Haven, and the Woodland Ridge apartments.
After checking out their site, them emailing photos of an available apartment, we considered for about a week before deciding on Woodland Ridge site unseen.
We have not regretted our decision. For the same price or less of similar properties in the area, we get a large apartment with a huge balcony, garage, washer/dryer across from our room, and a secluded location that is not next to a mall or large highway. Compared to Muskegon at the moment, this is definitely the area you want to live in. Grand Haven is a excellent little community, and we are right down the road from the beach.
It has been a wonderful year here. I will miss the place and am sad we have to break the lease to move.
