I ve lived at Woodland Ridge for 2 years and love it. You look out your sliding glass patio door and see a nice wooded area with flowers lining the grass rather than another apartment building. The community is beautiful! In the summer it s great to take walks and see all of the neat little touches the maintenance people have added, like tree faces on some of the trees. Woodland Ridge backs up to the sand dunes and a nice residential neighborhood.

The management team is great. They have strict guidelines for tenants to make sure everyone enjoys their rental home. You won t find blankets hung as curtains, or cement lions adorning the front steps. The staff goes above and beyond what their job entails.

The floor plans are much more unique and homey than your typical apartment, and you re allowed to painting your apartment however you would like. I highly recommend Woodland Ridge.
