Fairlane Apartments are very small but they are priced right! I pay under $400 and all my utilities are included, except electric. They have gas stoves (which I love!!!) and balconies (which are a must!) The only thing I don't like is that they don't have central a/c or dishwashers. The hallway carpet on the building stairs is kinda old but there's no door to go through before you get to your apartment so it's not smelly. I found nicer apartments around here but they cost a lot more and don't include everything. It's worth every penny I pay for rent though and I enjoy living here.

Yeah, I looked at a place there a couple years ago and they are very small but cheap.

They are also full of pedophiles check OTIS. I wouldnt move there if my life depended on it, Damn people its across from a school and they let those perverts in...
