I lived at Fairlane Apts for about a year and was not too happy with it overall. The price is great honestly. But the apartments are small, not much in the way of counter space, and you have to provide your own window blinds (and their windows are odd sizes). I often had issues with upstairs neighbors playing music LOUDLY at midnight and had to call the cops many times of them. I went through 2 upstairs neighbors and both had the same issues. There was many fights in our parking lot (which you'd think being right next door to the police station it would be a good place) and the place was overran with riffraff when I left. I moved because I no longer felt safe living there and the noise was to the point of being annoying. I would however say "go for it" if you can't find a better place. The apartments aren't that bad, but unless I no other option, I will not return.
