I lived in lakecrest Ravine for 2 years. That is until one day the complex caught on fire in the attic.
Beofe the fire the place was ok, not the best. There was always someones music and base blaring out in the parking lot. We saw "silverfish" bugs on accasion. Living on the 3rd floor, we rarely had to use our heat in the winter. We actually had to open the window because it was hot.
I never felt unsafe, but building wasnt the cleanest in the hallways.
