Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
Lived there with my wife and newborn for ten months, the worst experience of our lives.
Maintenance is horrible
Mold
Ants
ROtting and falling down ceiling
Backed up water
Not worth any suffering

Third world countries have better living conditions,
