I lived in the complex for 3 years, and it was ok. On one hand, the office staff was great, the location (views of Lake Michigan) was nice, and it was a safe environment. On the other hand, the place was very poorly built, and very dirty. It felt like a college dorm. My apartment had new carpet and cabinets/fixtures, so it was definitely one of the nicer units. But the hallways and common areas were dirty (and smelly). This is a perfect place for anyone on a tight budget - but if you want a really nice place to call home, there are better alternatives in the area. Parking spaces were plentiful, and requests for maintinence and service were met quickly.
