My husband and I rent a 1 bedroom apartment here, and we love it. Any time we have a problem, we call the office and it's resolved almost immediately. We had a leak above our shower from the apartment above ours, and within 10 minutes, maintenance was taking care of the problem. The buildings are a bit old, but the apartments themselves have been kept up and renovated.
The office staff is very friendly, and knows the tenants by name. Betsy actually helped me with my job search when we moved to the area.
The location is great. Close enough to main streets and restaurants, and it comes with a great view of Lake Michigan. There is also plenty of parking here, and they have their lot plowed when it snows.
The neighbors are pretty quiet here. Every once in a while you hear people in the hallways, but not enough to be bothersome. I have to say, the side entrances and stairways are dirty, and the hallways often have a bad smell, but that's what happens when you have a variety of people living and cooking different things. It isn't bad enough to affect our wanting to live here.
Overall, I've really enjoyed my stay here at Westview. I know 2 other girls who also moved in at the same time we did, and they both love it as well. I would definitely recommend it to others!
