Certian properties are definetly better than others. Shoal Creek really has a great office staff and their maintenance staff is unmatched. Was really HAPPY at Sterling Heights Apts. - I no longer live there but lived there from 1991-2001. It was so great I stayed 10 years and the only reason I moved was to move out of state. Maintenance fixed whatever needed to be done.
