Find another apartment

The apartment itself appears dated. The brown bookshelves are hideous. The bedroom of the one bedroom apartment is adjacent to the living room of the neighboring apartment. This often resulted in sleepless nights because I could hear the neighbor's surround sound system at all hours of the night. The heating and cooling unit is reminiscent of the type you would find in a cheap motel. No central air here.
The parking area by my unit wasn't lit. My car was broken into, and my radio stolen.
During a winter full of snow, I often had to dig myself out because the streets weren't plowed in a timely manner.
Management withheld $150.00 because I was one day late in turning in my 30-day notice. They refused to negotiate with me.
In conclusion, unless you are a ---------, ---------, or -----------------------, find somewhere else to live. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji

It is too bad that this person had an unusual experience. I am very familiar with Ashgrove and definitely disagree with this assessment. Some of the apartments are a bit outdated, but I know of many people there that have had updates made to their apartments, as long as they are a good resident with a decent payment history. I also know that they work with you in difficult situations if you come to talk to them and be honest!! Whomever posted this must seriously be delusional...it is literally impossible to be charged that much for one day of rent!! Anyway I have been pretty satisfied with Ashgrove and plan on returning.
