I lived in these apartments from 1979-1981, 1989-1995, 2004-2006. The location is wonderful and Van ---- has become less of a traffic nuisance since they opened the roundabout just north of here. Elementary school is 2 blocks down a residential drive. You are centrally located in the 4th largest city in the State.

The apartments have gone through many updates over the years. Be sure to ask about the many different types of apartments available. They have some extremely nice apartments with modern renovations.

You have 3 party stores surrounding you and some good local bars within walking distance. Nona's Pizza delivers. Phoenix Coney Island is a 24 hr diamond-in-the-rough and it sits along the south side of the apartment complex.

I never had any real problems with the neighbors or the people working in and around the apartments. The prices are affordable and they are willing to work with people so long as there is an open line of communication. This goes for rent issues, maintenance, etc...

Some of the downfalls are the small pool, the basement storage units (a pain to get things in/out for moves) and last I knew WOW! Cable/Internet was not available. Only Comcast. I personally dislike Comcast...others may not care.

Great place. If my family ever found it in our best interests to live in the area again' I would look to return to this complex, or in a home nearby.
