I moved out of Balmoral Arms last year, I only stayed there a year because first when I moved in I had old dirty carpet that they said was cleaned but it was very worn and dirty. They wouldn't clean it or replace it!! Everything in the apartment was beyond outdated except the windows. I had the worst neighbors in the world and management never did anything about it! The prices are great but it's not worth it!!
