I moved in early October, and have had minor issues with the apartment. Issues that I experienced were fixed almost immediately after I contacted the front office about them. The front desk lady is extremely nice and helpful. I even got to see my apartment before I moved in. The carpet is practically brand new, very nice and clean. Extremely roomy. I feel very safe with the double locks, and the parking lots are lit. Also, the apartment complex is a bit secluded (behind Phoenix Coney Island). I absolutely love it here. The walls are a bit thin, but every apartment has thin walls. For the price, it's wonderful!
