When I moved to Cambridge House I found it to be a good deal for the money. The staff is generally nice and I didn't have any problems with appliances and the like. They have a nice pool and a pretty courtyard. The apartments themselves are quite spacious.

Things that I would improve on are parking, parents that allow twenty kids into the pool at one time, and the selection process for some of the tenants. I noticed there were a few that were rude and unruly, but that happens in every complex generally.
