Overall this apartment complex is a great buy. However, I do wish they screening process was a bit more selective. I also agree about several children occupying the pool, despite most of them not being tenants. Lately, I have notice more littering but the staff is great about keeping the grounds clean. If I did not need absolute silence for my studies, I would probably renew my lease but there are more younger people starting to move in and its getting a bit noisey. I still would recommend this complex, its the best of the three I've live in so far.
