I lived there for a year, had 3 neighbors next door within that period of time. Each time someone moved in the noise seemed to go up, and there was a lot of traffic through their place. I also witnessed on several occasions drug deals happening by the dumpsters, in return that made me uncomfortable. The maintance men were very nice, but not all my work orders were filled. Also, they claimed it was a safe place to live, but i don't see living by drug dealers safe, and when you express your concern they don't care. Also, on site laundry, there are 8 washers and dryers for 200 apartments! Everytime i went to do laundry they were occupied or broken! Not worth it! And in the summer time, they have a pool which is discusting! And their window locking system is a clamp with a screw you tighten!!! It is not safe at all. The cops are always called there, and the door locking system consists of a hotel chain, and lock that hardly turns. When i moved in i asked them to change it and they gave me a new set of keys! UNSAFE! One set of my neighbors apartment was broken into, and I noticed while they were gone and called the police! Also a lot of random drunks hang out in the court yard, i also had to call the cops on some man watching people go in and out, shady character! There are many places you can go for the same amount of money that offer safer apartments!

This is funny, I live here for 4 years and never had any of these problem, not sure what is up with this reveiw the door locking system is a dead bolt and a chain and the door knob lock, I also have a locking screen door, not sure if everybody have a locking screen door, the pool is allway clean the city make sure of that, the window locking system is a clamp with screws but this is a strong system that someone cannot open, been using this for years and there are 4 laundry room threw out the complex each have 4 washer 4 dryer which make it 16 washer and dryer you do have one washer which may not work but they will pay you back your money and I only seen one drunk and the police call twice on that same drunk.
