We moved in in July 2005. I must say it's quite cozy. We have a two bedroom two bath, and it nice. I just wish the kitchen was a little bigger. But for the price and location, a park like setting, it is very nice. You can have pets, the parking is plentiful. It's quite, and well maintained. The maintenance crew and the office staff are very very nice and helpful, always with a smile. I feel very safe here. I would recommend Durham Apartments to any one.
