Had to get out of Lease

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008
I lived here for a little over a year. I had signed a 15 month lease to get free washer and dryer in my unit. The staff was very friendly. There was a few times where maintenance could have been a little more helpful. The view of the apartment was nice and i liked the fact that I had my own private entrance. I had a corner unit so noise was kept to a minimum except for the various neighbors behind me and their four kids living in a one bedroom apartment. (not the best thing in the world but I would rather these kids be safe in a one bedroom apartment then out on the streets) So I just let it roll off my shoulders. When it came down to My father passing away, the office was very Helpful in working everything out so that I could get out of my lease with no penalty. Keep in mind I found someone to move into my apartment right away. But with doing so they let me out of my lease so that I could take care of family issues. All in All i had a great time living here and for unforeseen circumstances I would still be there.
