The staff in the management office is nice. Mantinence fixed all of the big problems, but some of the small problems like the stove fan needing a cover seemed to be over looked. The apartments are clean they do an excelent job of cleaning before you move in. The grounds are the best maintained grounds of a apartment complex I have ever seen, last summer they had the lawn company out mowing the lawn every other day i thought that was kind of excessive but think that it is better over taken care of than let go. In the winter they have the snow crew out very early. I like how close this apartment is to everyting that you might need like retail stores and grocery stores also it is close to freeways. They have a nice looking pool though I haven't used it because i have a small baby and don't have anyone to watch her while I go down there. The only thing i wish was better is the noise I can hear everything the neighbors do you can even hear the man upstairs going to the bathroom and the boy next door is very loud slaming the door plus on the weekend the upstairs neighbors have their stereo up so loud it sounds like were in the bathroom of a nightclub on saturdays the boy next door plays his video games super loud. I can hear the neighbors walking around. All the noise that I get could just be the particular apartment I am in im sure that some of the other apartments are quieter.
