This apartment could be for you but here are some things to keep in mind. My husband and I lived here for 6 months. Maintenance was good, but I never knew when they were coming or if they had been there or not. They did not keep us updated on our own repairs! The office staff was very rude every time we interacted with them. We also had very noisy neighbors and the walls are VERY thin. We heard ALL the arguments. There are many families that live in this complex and there is no place for them to play. This means they play baseball in the parking lot causing many problems (like hitting cars with bats and balls...). They are always playing in the parking lot or hitting the buildings with things. The apartment was okay. Needed updating but when we rented this past year the price was good. However, the prices went up quite a bit when our lease came up and for the money they were asking you could get a much better apartment. One positive was having the washer and dryer in the apartment and the bedroom and bathroom were very large.
